Turnaround Time
We
realize that you may be on a tight deadline and will do whatever
we can to accommodate you. We respond to requests from media
affiliates on a rush basis. This means you will receive a
response within the same business day of receipt of your request—and
most
often within an hour or two.
Staff are available during our core hours of operation (8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. CT).
However, we
frequently check our e-mail and voicemail messages during the
day, as well as after business hours and during weekends and
holidays.
